2816 TOUPRET finish-smoothing filler interior «Cachet Bleu»

Powdery putty made of high-quality, bonded mineral fillers. High white when stirred. Ideally suited to create a perfect surface on large painted or untreated surfaces. Up to 1mm - layer. Adheres to painted substrates. Can be painted over after 24 hours. Improves quality of subsequent coats. Easy to process. Extra-white.
