459 XENOSAL insulating primer

XENOSAL is a transparent insulating agent to combat efflorescence (salpeter, etc.) on masonry. The magnesium and zinc compounds effectively neutralise the affected surfaces and can be used to apply a new plaster or paint finish. Due to the complexity and problems of salt efflorescence, even XENOSAL insulating primer cannot guarantee further efflorescence. However, XENOSAL offers an efficient and cost-effective renovation without the need for expensive damage analysis and wall renovation.
