By silicification, soluble lime salts are chemically converted into water-insoluble calcium fluoride. The penetration of water, lyes and acids is prevented. Protects walls and facades from weathering and frost damage. Stain isolation of water edges, smoke, soot, nicotine stains, consolidation of old and new plaster. No flaking and saponification of the paint, therefore achievement of even, stain-free surfaces. Against efflorescence on masonry and plaster. Prevents mould and dry rot. Neutralization of active lime and cement plaster. Important for new dispersion coatings to prevent colour changes. Especially important for treatments with silicate coatings. Conservation of artificial, natural and limestone stones.
